75 Hour Pre-licensure Course

Georgia Real Estate Commission Approved Course #67049

Course designed to prepare licensee candidates to pass the state licensing exam. Topics included on the state and national portions of the licensing exam are thoroughly reviewed employing a variety of adult learning techniques, including but not limited to lecture, group work, interactive demonstrations and discussion groups.

Attendance in 75 hours of instruction is required by the Georgia Real Estate Commission to sit for the class exam. A minimum score of 75% is required on the course final in order to qualify for the state exam. See Candidate Handbook for test center and exam requirements.
