60 Hour Pre-licensure Course

Course designed to prepare licensee candidates to pass the state broker licensing exam. Topics included on the state and national portions of the licensing exam are thoroughly reviewed employing a variety of adult learning techniques, including but not limited to lecture, group work, interactive demonstrations and discussion groups.
Attendance in 60 hours of instruction is required by the Georgia Real Estate Commission to sit for the class exam. A minimum score of 75% is required on the course final in order to qualify for the state exam. See
